In bowl Sift the dry ingredients except sugar.
In other bowl add wet ingredients and whisk nicely with the help of whisker.
Now add sugar in dry ingredients and whisk it.
In wet ingredients add dry ingredients in two batches and give a nice whisk.
Last add chocolate chips.
Fill the small moulds with batter.
Bake at 160° for 14-17 minutes in preheated oven.
Check with using toothpick.
For icing i used 1 portion of fresh cream and 1 portion of melted dark chocolate.
Micro cream for 30 sec and add in melted chocolate.stir nicely.
Then keep in fridge for half hour.
Decorate the cupcakes as you like.
