Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • All purpose flour - 100 gram


  • Castor sugar - 100 gram


  • Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Cocoa powder - 3 tablespoon


  • Milk - 120 ml


  • Oil - 60 ml


  • Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Chocolate chips - 1 tablespoon (optional)

Directions

  • In bowl Sift the dry ingredients except sugar.
  • In other bowl add wet ingredients and whisk nicely with the help of whisker.
  • Now add sugar in dry ingredients and whisk it.
  • In wet ingredients add dry ingredients in two batches and give a nice whisk.
  • Last add chocolate chips.
  • Fill the small moulds with batter.
  • Bake at 160° for 14-17 minutes in preheated oven.
  • Check with using toothpick.
  • For icing i used 1 portion of fresh cream and 1 portion of melted dark chocolate.
  • Micro cream for 30 sec and add in melted chocolate.stir nicely.
  • Then keep in fridge for half hour.
  • Decorate the cupcakes as you like.
